TRUE STORY:
The trip was so much fun! We talked about architecture and everything else. Listened to music, ignored the country :D and goofed around. We stopped at Subway for lunch and they did not have veggie patty so I got a veggie delight instead. At the veggie station the worker ALMOST cut my sandwich with a tainted meat knife ...and it went like this:
in a very dramatic tone with my hand up
"STOP NO! STOP RIGHT THERE!!!"
He stopped and so did his coworker
"I'm sorry I'm a pain in the ass but can you use a different knife?"
and he did without complain :D
We went to Applebees for dinner - it was my first time. S. and I shared a 2 for $20 combo - she hated the stuffed meatballs - there was some false advertising going on.
When we came back into our room I looked up info on Habersham Hall (SCAD) the old county jail it once was. I went to the hotel's business center and was able to find the information and print it out for us. While I was there I also printed out some promotional items for the blog so I can put it up during my travels :D
A ball has been had by all! Last minute room changes put me and M. together - and our room's lock does not work!!! I hope ninjas do not bust in.
