Awwww....Barf!
I was viewing some pics of a husband who made breakfast art for his pregnant wife who is bed ridden and it made me long for this kind of romance. Considering my failing relationship status, I am starved for romance and artistic companionship. The past 7 years has been filled with tears, aggravation, longing and disappointment. Here's to the next 7 years; in hopes of love, admiration, pride and joy from a counterpart that makes obstacles easier and life wonderful.
I was at the hospital many years back for a week and my lover who took up camp at my bedside; while that was sweet, didn't do anything close to this or anything other than sleep and occasionally walk around the floor with me. I remember throwing a plate of food towards him and having a huge blow up - i don't know about what.
