1. On Parking: Parking should cover no more land than the structure.
Possible solutions would be
Parking underneath
Parking to the side
Parking on the top

2. On Structure: Structure should be left exposed and minimal amount of material should be used. The least materials used the least amount of of waste and transportation.

3. On Glass: Glass should be used in structures as outer walls and inner partitions

There is no reason that many parts of the facade cannot perform two functions: The roof can also act as a power source with attached solar panels, ain catching angels can direct water to containers to be re-used,

Here is a compilation of most of the readings from the Architectural Theory Class.  I decided through the Summer of 2010 to re-visit this book and read passages that were not assigned in class.  The readings helped keep my mind focused, and gave me extra insight into my career.
